Welcome to NotRenewing. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NotRenewing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Domain Listings

Sellers must own or have authorization to sell any domains listed. All domains are sold at $99.

3. Transfers

Sellers have 72 hours to initiate domain transfer after a sale.

4. Disputes

Buyers may open disputes within 7 days if domain transfer is not completed.

Listing Quality and Rejection Policy

While listing domains on NotRenewing is free, we reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that we determine has no reasonable resale value. This review process is in place to maintain the integrity and quality of our marketplace for both buyers and sellers.

If a domain listing is rejected or removed:

• The seller will be notified via email with the reason for rejection.
• The listing will be placed in a "rejected" status and will not be visible to buyers.
• The seller may view the rejected listing in their dashboard.
• If the seller disagrees with our assessment, they may relist the domain by paying a $1 bypass fee.
• Upon payment of the bypass fee, the listing will be reactivated and made visible to buyers.

NotRenewing retains sole discretion over listing quality decisions. The $1 bypass fee is non-refundable.
